        Read Chapter 1 in Empowering Women and Ask yourself…..
        How does this chapter relate to my day to day process of thinking

  • 2nd Mindful Activity
        Be on Alert and Notice how many times you look at your cell phone when someone is talking to you in PERSON

  • 3rd Mindful Activity
        Write a funny thing you did today that brought laughter to your family
 
  • 4th Mindful Activity
        What did you do with the junk mail you received this week did you keep it or dispose of it when you first looked at it

  • 5th Mindful Activity
        Can you take a look at your personal closet and really look at the clothes you have not worn in a year or 
        more and ask yourself CAN I donate these items to a women’s shelter or the good will etc…

  • 6th Mindful Activity
        Did I say thank you to the people or person that waited on you at 
        the gas station, grocery store, etc. OR did I just go through 
        the line and not speak to the person who waited on me?

  • 7th Mindful Activity
    Be truly present when someone is talking to you.  Think....am I thinking about someone or
    something else…AM I truly engaged with whomever is speaking to me.
